Food, wellness, and practical eating have shaped my work for more than a decade.

I’m Sabine Venier, a chef, recipe developer, certified fitness and wellness coach, former personal training studio owner, and published cookbook author.

My work has always lived at the intersection of food, fitness, and nutrition.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in how the way we eat influences how we feel, how we age, and how well our routines actually support us. After years of trying different approaches that didn’t feel sustainable, I went back to basics and started looking more closely at collagen, nutrition, and the role of everyday meals.

As a chef, I’ve always believed food needs to taste good to work in real life. That thinking shaped this meal plan: satisfying meals, familiar ingredients, and a practical approach to healthy-looking skin.

What I love most is creating recipes people genuinely want to cook and meal plans that make supportive eating feel simpler and more doable.
