Hey, I’M SABINE VENIER,
I’m a published cookbook author and professional recipe developer. I’m also a certified fitness and wellness coach and former personal training studio owner. For over a decade, my work has lived at the intersection of food, fitness, and nutrition.
For years I focused on performance and flavor but paid less attention to how my food choices supported my skin. Eating healthy can mean many things, and not all of it is skin supportive. Hitting your macros, eating clean, following a balanced diet: none of that automatically means your body is getting what it needs to support collagen. The two are related, but they're not the same.
Having identified that distinction, and driven by a personal desire to support my skin as much as possible after 40, I set out to build something that was as nutritionally intentional as it was satisfying to eat.
I've been professionally developing hundreds of recipes for over a decade but this was the first plan I ever built for myself. And now it’s time to share it with you.
